If the defendant brings no counterclaim, he will remit the amounts fixed for that step applying in the case among the first four steps (Euros 50.000 or 100.000 or 150.000 or 250.000). As regards the upper steps (500.000 to over 1.000.000) the defendant bringing no counterclaim will remit only the amounts fixed for the fourth step (250.000).
